Just Hire a Good Attorney

James hired attorney Shannon Powers. James informed Atty. Powers that he had hired a private investigator and that he wanted a petition filed to drug screen his ex-wife and her boyfriend of drugs. Atty. Powers sought to help cover up the fact that McCracken County officials were using James’ ex-wife’s boyfriend as a confidential informant. Atty. Powers suggested that the petition to drug screen James’ 7 and 8-year-old children instead.

Powers insisted that there was no proof of meth use by those around his children. Even while James was explaining that he hired a P.I.

James informed Atty. Powers that there a picture available of Billy buying meth outside of a car wash in Paducah, Kentucky, where local officials were using Billy as a confidential informant and that those officials had neglected to keep “C.I.” Billy clean of meth… Atty. Powers refused and hung the phone up on James.

James came under a series of false arrests…

James hired two attorneys, unfortunately, the entire Bar Association in Western Kentucky operates in the capacity of a Crime-Syndicate. I.e. there are no good attorneys.

Attorney 1 – Atty. Shannon Powers

Atty. Shannon Powers charged James a Thousand dollars + Buffets (seriously). Atty. Eat A Lot, not only refused to enter recordings and other types of evidence proving James’ innocence, Powers even refused to get James a copy of Discovery.

Powers only concerned himself with concealing the crimes of Atty. Jennifer Peeler. After 3 months James asked for Atty. Shannon Powers’ suspension, and requested a copy of Discovery to be given to James directly. The McCracken County Crime Syndicate refused.

Attorney 2 – Atty. Marc Wells

James sold one of his houses to use part of the money to hire this criminal for $5,000. Atty. Marc Wells also refused to get James a copy of Discovery for another 6 months!

As an innocent man, James was incarcerated for NINE months before Atty. Marc finally brought James a copy of Discovery.

Atty. Marc informed James that we won’t enter the evidence proving James’ innocence and that if James didn’t enter a bogus guilty plea that the courts would then keep James locked up for being nine months behind on child-support aka meth-support + the false charge that they had him on.

MOST PEOPLE NO LONGER LAUGH AT LAWYER JOKES.
